निरामय आरोग्य संस्थान छत्तीसगढ़ सोसायटी पंजीकरण अधिनियम के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत एक स्वायत्त, गैर-सरकारी एवं गैर-लाभकारी सामाजिक संस्था है। संस्थान का पंजीकृत कार्यालय 302, गोलछा प्लाजा, पं. शहीद विद्याचरण शुक्ला चौक, रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ - 492001 में स्थित है। संस्थान का कार्यक्षेत्र मुख्य रूप से बस्तर संभाग, अबूझमाड़, नारायणपुर, सुकमा, बीजापुर व दंतेवाड़ा के आदिवासी वनांचल हैं।
